Sarah Eite

Fundraising Consultant

Sarah Eite has spent over almost 20 years working in the high value fundraising field. She started her career in the Corporate Fundraising Team at Action for Children where she spent six years securing and managing a wide range of corporate partnerships. Sarah then moved on to the online support charity YouthNet to head up and grow their corporate development activities. She became Deputy Development Director after a year and then Development Director, responsible for all of the charity’s income generating activities. During her time at YouthNet, Sarah secured a £6.5m grant from the Vodafone Foundation and v – one of the most challenging and rewarding wins of her career. Sarah moved into consultancy work in 2011, in search of a work/life balance after having two children. She spent over four years with the CR agency Good Values, working with corporate clients (including AstraZeneca, Aviva, Lloyds Banking Group) on their community investment activities and with charity clients to develop and deliver new and successful high value fundraising strategies (including Macmillan, RNLI, Samaritans, Target Ovarian Cancer and Together for Short Lives ). Sarah is now working with charities across a wide range of cause areas and sizes on a freelance basis. Like many Fundraisers, Sarah enjoys taking on the odd challenge; last year she walked 100k in 23hrs as part of an Ultra Challenge event. It’s a challenge she doesn’t plan to repeat!
