Dominic began his career with BT in the UK. In 2002 Dominic relocated to the United States and worked for BT Americas in New York as a Global Opportunity Manager working on complex, strategically crucial, ‘must win’ deals.

During his 5 years in NYC Dominic oversaw the biggest new business deal in BT Americas history at the time, a 5-year, $250 million outsourcing deal. Upon returning to the UK he took up the role of Principal Consultant at a large Negotiation Management Consultancy firm. During his tenure he ran advanced negotiation workshops to assist individuals in becoming better commercial negotiators. He also led numerous consulting assignments.

Inspired by a new and dynamic way of approaching negotiation training, Dominic joined advantageSPRING as a Director and took on responsibility for the consulting practice, monitoring of global quality and product and has oversight of the firm’s operations in the Asia region. He continues to deliver our behaviour changing and cutting-edge training programmes to clients globally and provides advisory services and support on numerous complex negotiation challenges for clients. He has experience of working across multiple sectors including financial services, technology, manufacturing, transport, retail, non-profit and health.
