Biography

Lesley Pinder is Head of Supporter Experience at the British Red Cross where she is responsible for designing and delivering their first ever supporter experience strategy, Prior to joining the Red Cross, she spent two years as an Innovation Consultant for Good Innovation working with clients such as the RSPCA, Crisis, NCT and Sense and 10 years raising money for a range of causes across the whole spectrum of fundraising disciplines. On the side she is also a track cycling coach, co-founder of Fundraising Chat on Facebook and spends an unhealthy amount of time thinking about adopting a dog.
