Biography

Ralph has worked in Fundraising and Communications in the third sector for over 15 years.

At Childline he managed Supporter Services and Individual Giving retention teams until the charity's merger with NSPCC in 2007. He then spent 10 years at NSPCC, overseeing a variety of teams including Supporter Care, Stewardship, Fundraising Publications, and Marketing Communications.

He joined Crisis in 2017 as Supporter Experience Manager and champions the charity's 'Supporter in the Room' philosophy. In this session, he'll explain how that philosophy underpins their fundraising.
